Only 5-6% quota for Yadavs, 3 other dominant castes in UP: Om Prakash Rajbhar

A committee set up by Rajnath Singh as CM had proposed this long ago. The fact is that in UP, in the 27% OBC and 22.5% SC/ST reservation quotas, all castes are not able to get benefit in correct proportion.
