Two of the country's Union Cabinet ministers recently featured in two striking photographs.They are striking, because the ministers were the only women amid a sea of men, who were their counterparts from a host of countries. The ministers in question, Sushma Swaraj, external affairs minister and Nirmala Sitharaman, defence minister.
