Judge Loya case: War of words between BJP, Congress as SC dismisses pleas seeking independent probe

Hitting back at the Congress for raising questions over the Supreme Court verdict rejecting a batch of pleas seeking a probe into the alleged mysterious death of judge BH Loya, the government on Thursday said that the judiciary cannot be "misled" by allegations based on political vendetta.
