Water crisis: Are Indian cities heading the Cape Town way?

South Africa’s Cape Town is poised to become the first big city to run out of water soon. India too is staring at water crisis. Just three decades from now, India would be importing the water as the availability per person will dwindle down to 22 percent of the present scenario.
