SC to Centre: If goal is just to identify citizens, why aggregate personal data under Aadhaar scheme?

The Centre urged a five-judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra to allow Ajay Bhushan Pandey, CEO of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), to make a powerpoint presentation to the court to allay the apprehensions about the Aadhaar scheme.
